According to the announcement released by China Oriental Group (00581) on the Smart Finance app, the following changes of the company will take effect after the annual general meeting of shareholders: Mr. Zhu Hao resigns as non-executive director; Mr. Wang Tianyi resigns as independent non-executive director and no longer serves as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee respectively; Mr. Li Mingdong has been appointed as executive director; Ms. Yu Fangjin has been appointed as independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee respectively; and after the resignation of Ernst & Young, Deloitte has been appointed as the company's new auditor.
