MI Energy (01555) announced that Yuen Wing Yan has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as defined under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective from June 28, 2024.

After Ms. Yuen's resignation, the board of directors hereby appoints Xie Fengxin as the company secretary with effect from June 28, 2024.

Appointing Company Executive Director Zhao Jiangwei as an authorized representative, effective from June 28, 2024.
