On June 7, 2024, Lianhua Purple Star signed a supplementary computing leasing service agreement with V Company, which stipulates that Lianhua Purple Star will provide 2 leased server hardware resources to V Company. The contract period is 1 month and the contract amount is 180,000 yuan. As of now, these servers have been delivered to V Company and completed acceptance. On June 28, 2024, Lianhua Purple Star signed an Intelligent Computing Service Agreement with A1 Company, which stipulates that Lianhua Purple Star will provide 100 leased server hardware resources to A1 Company. The contract period is 12 months and the contract amount is 9 million yuan. As of now, according to the computing service contracts signed separately with O, W, V, and Z companies, the total received payment this month is 2.008 million yuan.
