On June 28th, Gelunhui announced that Rizhao Port Jr. (06117.HK) has appointed Fangyuan Enterprise Services Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. to provide the company with company secretarial services. Ms. He Yanqun will serve as (i) joint company secretary of the company from August 2, 2022; (ii) authorized representative (in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law) and Rule 19A.13 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong); and (iii) the company's authorized representative in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.

From June 28th, 2024, Ms. Weng Meiyi has been appointed as joint company secretary, legal process agent and authorized representative. Mr. Zheng Shiqiang will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
