China Energine (01185) announced that it has received a letter from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong dated June 27, 2024, which includes the following guidelines for resuming trading of the company's shares: (a) publication of all unpublished financial performance and handling any audit revisions; (b) confirmation that the company has complied with Listing Rule 13.24; and (c) disclosure of all significant information to the market for the evaluation of the company's status by shareholders and other investors.

As of the date of this announcement, the approval for the extension of the debt grace period is still under review and has not been approved. Therefore, the company is still collecting and organizing the necessary information and documents to complete the audit process as required by the auditor. As a result, the company needs additional time to prepare its 2023 annual performance, which is expected to be released by the end of October 2024 or earlier.
