In June, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 3.87%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell 5.51%, and the Chinext Price Index fell 6.74%; in the first half of the year, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.25%, the Chinext Price Index fell more than 10%, and the Shenzhen Component Index fell 7.1%. In the first half of the year, high dividend blue chips performed strongly, with many stocks such as China Yangtze Power and CNOOC hitting historic highs; the theme of low altitude economy was also active. Overall, large cap blue chips performed relatively well, while small and medium cap stocks generally fell, with less than 800 of the 5000+ stocks in the entire market showing a rise. In terms of individual stocks, the top five gainers in the first half of the year were: Jiangsu Zhengdan Chemical Industry with a sharp increase of 372%, Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel with a rise of 171%, Eoptolink Technology Inc. with a rise of 114%, JiaYi Technology with a rise of 106%, and Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. with a rise of 105%; the top five decliners were: Ningxia Zhongyin Cashmere with a fall of 88%, Pengdu Agriculture & Animal Husbandry with a fall of 73%, Lingnan Eco&Culture-Tourism with a fall of 72%, Changjiang Pharmaceutical Group with a fall of 70%, and Shenzhen Scisky Technology with a fall of 68%.
