Sem hldgs (09929) announced that on June 28, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary, who is also its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Qunda Investments Limited, entered into a framework agreement with Kwoon Chung Metals & Electrical Products Limited, as the supplier, under which Qunda Investments Limited, as the buyer, agreed to purchase, and Kwoon Chung Metals & Electrical Products Limited agreed to sell, products (including, low-voltage distribution cabinets, electric machine control centers, local electrical machine control panels, electrical parts and replacements supplied by Kwoon Chung Metals & Electrical Products Limited to Qunda Investments Limited in accordance with the framework agreement).
