Able Eng Hldgs (01627) announced that Zhuang Xuhui has resigned as the Company Secretary and CFO and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and as the authorized representative designated by the company under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to receive service of process or notices in Hong Kong with effect from July 1, 2024.
According to a statement from Able Eng Hldgs (01627), Zhuang Xuhui has resigned as Company Secretary and CFO, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the designated representative under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for receiving legal process documents or notifications in Hong Kong. This resignation will take effect from July 1, 2024. Lin Zhenzhu has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, CFO, and authorized representative starting from the same date.
