On June 28th, Gelunhui reported that Shenzhen Microgate Technology (300319.SZ) recently received a notice from the Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (referred to as the "Shenzhen SASAC") issued by Shenzhen Tefa Group Co., Ltd. ("Tefa Group"), the actual controller of the company. The Shenzhen SASAC decided to transfer its 39.6875% equity in Tefa Group held by it without compensation to Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd. ("Shen投控") for holding. The above-mentioned equity transfer is undergoing business registration procedures.

After the equity transfer is completed, Shen投控 will hold a total of 59.5384% of Tefa Group's equity, becoming its controlling shareholder. Therefore, Shen投控 indirectly controls 22.74% of the company's equity. The equity transfer will not cause any changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and the company's controlling shareholder remains Shenzhen Yuanzhifuhai Electronic Information Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), and its actual controller is still Tefa Group.
