文科股份将于7月15日召开股东大会，审议向控股股东增加借款暨关联交易等议案

金融界6月28日消息，文科股份发布公告，将于2024年7月15日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月9日，当日收市后持有文科股份股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：广东省佛山市顺德区乐从镇东平社区佛山新城天虹路46号信保广场1号楼29楼会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于向控股股东增加借款暨关联交易的议案》

2、《关于控股股东增加对公司担保额度暨关联交易的的议案》。
