诺瓦星云将于7月15日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月28日消息，诺瓦星云发布公告，将于2024年7月15日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月8日，当日收市后持有诺瓦星云股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：陕西省西安市高新区云水三路1699号诺瓦科技园4号楼1层会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于与关联方共同投资设立控股子公司暨关联交易的议案》

2、《关于变更注册资本、修订〈公司章程〉并办理工商变更登记的议案》。
