Reorganization
Sagawa Express Inc.
(1) Overview of Reorganization
- Newly established Customer Service Department and transferred Customer Service Division from Sales Department.
- Transferred from sales department to management department under the control of quality assurance department.
- Renamed IT Planning Department to Digital Planning Department.
- Transferred from sales department to management planning/DX department.
- Renamed DX Promotion Division, IT Planning Division, and Data Analysis Utilization Division to IT System Planning Division, Digital Transformation Promotion Division, and Data Analytics Promotion Division, respectively.
- Newly established Public Relations Department.
- Renamed Public Relations Division to Public Relations Planning Division.
- Renamed Product Planning Division to Business Planning Division.
- Abolished Technology Research Division and established Logistics Innovation Promotion Division and Regional Revitalization Division.
(2) Purpose of Reorganization
- In order to strengthen our quality improvement strategy, we aim to improve the quality of delivery and customer service.
