■Shareholder return policy

Baltes Holdings ＜4442＞ did not prioritize internal reserves for future growth until the 2023/3 fiscal year, but it implemented an annual dividend of 4.0 yen for the fiscal year ending 2024/3. An annual dividend of 4.0 yen is also scheduled to be paid for the fiscal year ending 2025/3. As for the dividend policy thereafter, in order to promote the “basic strategy” described above, the basic policy will be an annual dividend of 4.0 yen for the time being.
