(Hongguang Glass), signed a financing lease contract with Zhejiang Zheping Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (Zheping Financial) to sell equipment to Zheping Financial and then lease back the equipment for a period of two years, with Hongguang Glass having the right to repurchase the equipment at the end of the lease period. On June 28, 2024, the company signed a guarantee contract with Zheping Financial to provide guarantees for the responsibilities under the above financing lease contract.
