昨夜，恒大汽车在港交所公告，恒大健康要求董事会即时召开股东大会并在公司条例第567条规定的时间内举行股东大会，据悉举行股东会为今日(28日)下午。上周四(20日)收到由中国恒大(03333)清盘人控制的恒大健康产业提名通知，公司考虑及酌情通过有关建议委任蔡伟康、梁家进、王克楠三名董事，及罢免执行董事刘永灼、秦立永以及彼等在公司担任的任何职位的普通决议案，即时生效。
