HMVOD视频公布王祉淇获委任为授权代表

HMVOD视频（08103）发布公告，自2024年6月19日起生效：贺志娜女士已辞任公司执行董事、监察主任及于香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第5.24条项下的公司授权代表。王祉淇小姐已获委任为授权代表。

于贺女士辞任后，经GEM上市规则修订后（自2024年1月1日起生效），公司不再需要根据GEM上市规则委任监察主任。因此，董事会已议决取消监察主任职位，自2024年6月19日起生效。
