润利海事发布年度业绩 股东应占溢利3158.4万港元同比减少12.29%

润利海事（02682）发布截至2024年3月31日止年度全年业绩，该集团期内取得收益3.35亿港元，同比增加39.49%；股东应占溢利3158.4万港元，同比减少12.29%；每股基本盈利3.16港仙；拟派发末期股息每股1港仙。

公告称，收益增加主要是由于年内，船舶租赁及相关服务的收益因完成若干重大及长期合约而减少及集团对其他短期海事服务项目的船舶租赁及相关服务需求总体减少；及收购事项后润利添记集团贡献的集团引入海事建筑服务的收益增加的净影响所致。
