On June 27, 2024, King Of Catering (Hong Kong) Ltd. (KOCHK), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Master Chef (Holdings) Limited (08619.HK), entered into a licensing agreement with KOC Japan Inc. (KOCJ), the licensor, to develop a multifunctional platform called C-PON, which is currently owned and operated by KOCJ in Japan and globally.

Developing C-PON business globally, including: 1) providing coupons, payment and discount functions for alliance restaurant members; 2) operating hair removal business under the brand name of "MUSEE"; 3) providing comprehensive online artificial intelligence healthcare functions.
