On June 28th, Gelonghui News reported that CB Global (08026.HK) announced that for the year ending March 31, 2024, the group's income was about HKD 91.25 million, a decrease of about HKD 17.07 million from the previous year; gross profit was about HKD 18.846 million, a decrease of about HKD 0.864 million from the previous year; the group recorded a loss of about HKD 76.095 million, while a loss of about HKD 43.386 million (after restatement) was recorded for the year ending March 31, 2023, mainly due to (i) a significant increase in impairment losses recognized based on expected credit loss model (excluding reversals); (ii) losses of HKD 21.505 million from terminated operations; and (iii) one-time employee share-based payment expenses.
