According to the announcement, Yun Lee Marine (02682) released its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2024. During this period, the group achieved revenue of HKD 335 million, a YoY increase of 39.49%. The profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 31.584 million, a YoY decrease of 12.29%. Basic earnings per share were 3.16 Hong Kong cents. A final dividend of 1 Hong Kong cent per share is proposed to be distributed.

The increase in revenue was mainly due to the decrease in revenue from ship leasing and related services due to the completion of several major and long-term contracts during the year, and the overall decrease in demand for ship leasing and related services for other short-term maritime service projects of the group. The net effect of the increase in revenue from introducing maritime construction services to the group contributed by the acquisition transaction with Runli Tianji Group.
