苏豪弘业将于7月15日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月27日消息，苏豪弘业发布公告，将于2024年7月15日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月8日，当日收市后持有苏豪弘业股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：南京市中华路50号弘业大厦12楼会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、关于修订《苏豪弘业股份有限公司对外担保管理办法》的议案

2、关于子公司南通弘业进出口有限公司实施土地收储的议案。
