Wang Zengye and Zhao Zikun are not re-elected as a non-executive director of the fourth board of directors due to the expiration of their term of office. Fang Hao will no longer serve as the company's general manager, member of the Trust and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, and member of the Related Party Transaction Control Committee, and will not be reelected as an executive director of the fourth board of directors due to the expiration of his term of office. The company's shareholder representative supervisors Guo Shougui, Chen Yong and Wu Chen will no longer be re-elected as the shareholders' representative supervisors of the fourth supervisory committee due to the expiration of their term of office.
