恒辉安防将于7月15日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月27日消息，恒辉安防发布公告，将于2024年7月15日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月9日，当日收市后持有恒辉安防股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：江苏省如东县经济开发区金沙江路128号江苏恒辉安防股份有限公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于延长向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券股东大会决议有效期的议案》

2、《关于提请股东大会延长授权董事会全权办理向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券相关事宜有效期的议案》。
