On June 27th, Gloria Union announced that Sam Woo Cons (03822.HK) has increased its revenue by 10% to HKD 458,000,000 as of the year ending March 31, 2024. The main contribution came from the Kai Tak Government Public Housing project.

The group recorded a net loss of HKD 28,000,000 in the current year (2013: HKD 31,000,000). In fact, if one-time other income of HKD 16,000,000 and write-back of impairment losses of HKD 7,000,000 in last year's performance are excluded for comparison, the net loss has significantly narrowed compared to last year.
