Times Electric (03898) announced that after approval at the shareholder meeting, XU ShaoLong (former name: WANG JiangBo) has been appointed as the executive director of the seventh Board of Directors, while FENG XiaoYun has been appointed as the independent non-executive director of the seventh Board of Directors. Their tenure will start from the end of the shareholder meeting until the expiry of the term of the seventh Board of Directors.

After being appointed as the director of the company, XU ShaoLong has been appointed as the chairman and member of the Technology Innovation Committee and member of the Strategic and ESG Committee of the Board of Directors; while FENG XiaoYun has been appointed as a member of the Strategic and ESG Committee, Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Technology Innovation Committee of the Board of Directors, effective from the end of the shareholder meeting. SHANG Jing, Executive Director of the Company, will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Technology Innovation Committee of the Board of Directors from June 27, 2024, but will continue to serve as a member of the Strategic and ESG Committee and the Technology Innovation Committee.
