中旗转债：债券持有人可转换公司债券持有比例变动达10%

广东中旗新材料股份有限公司发布公告，榕树投资以自主发行并管理的私募证券投资基金于2024年2月9日至2024年6月26日期间，通过深圳证券交易所采取集中竞价交易方式累计买入中旗转债共201,580张，占中旗转债发行总量的3.73%；卖出中旗转债共1,309,248张，占中旗转债发行总量的24.25%，合计变动净卖出1,107,668张，占中旗转债发行总量的20.51%。本次交易完成后，榕树投资持有中旗转债1,002,050张，占中旗转债发行总量的18.56%。
