Qingling Motors (01122) announced that (a) Yasuya Yasuya retired as executive director upon expiration of his term on the day of the shareholders' annual meeting, and shortly after his retirement, Mr. Yasuya also retired as vice chairman and general manager of the company; (b) Osamu Nakamura retired as executive director upon expiration of his term on the day of the shareholders' annual meeting; (c) Liu Erfei has retired as independent non-executive director upon expiration of his term on the day of the shareholders' annual meeting, and shortly after his retirement, Mr. Liu also retired as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; (d) the newly elected independent non-executive director, Chen Yanyun, has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee, effective from June 27, 2024; (e) the newly elected executive director, Sachiji Nakamura, has been appointed as vice chairman of the company, effective from June 27, 2024; and (f) the re-elected executive director, Katsuya Kojima, has been appointed as deputy general manager of the company, effective from June 27, 2024.
