SC Holdings (00413.HK) announced on June 27th that (1) non-executive director Mr. Wu Xufeng has resigned as director due to seeking other business opportunities, effective from June 27, 2024; (2) non-executive director Ms. Li Yuanyu has rotated down as director at the end of the shareholders' annual meeting in accordance with Article 116 of the company's articles of association. Ms. Li did not propose re-election at the annual meeting, and therefore no longer serves as a non-executive director after the end of the annual meeting; and (3) Independent non-executive director Ms. Xie Huangxiaoyan has rotated down as director at the end of the shareholders' annual meeting in accordance with Article 116 of the company's articles of association.
