On June 27th, Vicon Holdings (03878.HK) announced that its revenue for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024 was HKD 487 million, a year-on-year increase of 16.69%; the company's shareholders' profit for the period was HKD 8.268 million, a year-on-year increase of 245.80%; basic earnings per share were 1.72 Hong Kong cents.
The main reason for the increase in revenue is due to (i) several projects awarded in the second half of the 2023 fiscal year entering a more mature stage and bringing in more revenue in the 2024 fiscal year; and (ii) an increase in the number of projects in which the company is involved.
