东山精密将于7月22日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月27日消息，东山精密发布公告，将于2024年7月22日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月17日，当日收市后持有东山精密股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：苏州市吴中区太湖东路99号运河小镇总部产业园12号楼。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、关于注销部分回购股份的议案

2、关于变更注册资本及修订《公司章程》的议案。
