正和生态将于7月15日召开股东大会，共审议3项议案

金融界6月27日消息，正和生态发布公告，将于2024年7月15日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月10日，当日收市后持有正和生态股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：北京市海淀区中关村东路一号院清华科技园科技大厦B座21层大会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于选举公司独立董事的议案》

2、《独立董事工作细则》

3、《关联交易管理制度》。
