China Asia vets (00464) announced that due to the need for more time to send and receive audit confirmation letters to suppliers and customers and to collect and provide the necessary documents and information requested by the auditors to complete the audit of the 2024 annual performance, the company will not be able to publish the 2024 annual performance by June 30, 2024, in accordance with Listing Rule 13.49(1) and (2).

The board of directors and the company's management will continue to work closely with auditors to complete the remaining audit procedures and publish the 2024 annual performance. The board of directors hereby emphasizes that the group's operations are still normal. The company will make every effort to publish the 2024 annual performance as soon as possible, and will send the annual report for the year ending March 31, 2024 in accordance with Listing Rule 13.46(2)(a) on or before July 31, 2024, and make further announcements at the appropriate time to inform shareholders of the date of publication of the 2024 annual performance and 2024 annual report.
