According to the announcement by Tongda Sea (301378.SZ), the company and its holding subsidiary Jiangsu Sufuda Data Technology Co., Ltd. have signed an Equity Transfer Agreement, to acquire 51% equity (corresponding to the subscribed capital contribution of RMB 2.55 million and the actual paid-up capital of RMB 1.275 million) in Nanjing Suyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanjing Suyuan") from its current holder at a consideration of RMB 1.275 million. The company will take-over the relevant actual paid-up capital obligations. After completion of the equity transfer and the takeover of the outstanding paid-up capital obligations, the company will increase investment in Nanjing Suyuan by RMB 3 million. Following the transaction, the proportion of Nanjing Suyuan's equity held by the company will increase to 69.375%.
