On the 26th, Caster <9331> announced the launch of the online concierge service "Online Concierge" in collaboration with Kokuyo and Partners, a subsidiary of Kokuyo <7984> that offers BPO services.

"Online Concierge" is a service that solves the issues of back-office operations such as the burden of office work including accounting and the lack of general administration officers. The service is implemented by remote assistants contracted directly by the company, working 24/7.

The company and Kokuyo entered into a business partnership agreement in March 2024 and, through collaboration that combines the experience of the company, which has provided full-remote BPO services, and the business knowledge of Kokuyo, which has studied and proposed working environments and styles for many years, aims to achieve business efficiency, cost reduction, and competitiveness improvement for companies.
