Zhitong Finance App learned that on June 26, Innosecco (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Innoseco”) announced the further appointment of CITIC Lyon Securities Limited, Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, and Jefferies Financial Group Hong Kong Limited as overall coordinators.

On June 12, Innosecco submitted a prospectus on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC and CMB International as co-sponsors. As of the announcement date, Innosecco has appointed CICC, CITIC Lyon, Huatai International, and Jefferies Finance as overall coordinators.

According to the prospectus, Innosecco is committed to innovation in the gallium nitride power semiconductor industry and ecosystem. The company is the first company in the world to mass-produce 8-inch silicon-based gallium nitride wafers, and is also the only company in the world that provides full-voltage silicon-based gallium nitride semiconductor products on an industrial scale. According to Frost & Sullivan, in terms of revenue, Innosecco ranked first among all gallium nitride power semiconductor companies in the world in 2023.

As of December 31, 2023, Innosecco has the world's largest gallium nitride power semiconductor production base, with a production capacity of 10,000 wafers per month. Compared to 6-inch silicon-based gallium nitride wafers, the division's advanced mass production technology has also increased wafer grain output by 80% and reduced the cost of a single device by 30%.
