China Wafer Level CSP (603005.SH) announced on June 27 that in response to the development trend of the integrated circuit industry, to promote the company's market development, project expansion and global production, the company plans to establish a company (hereinafter referred to as the "Malaysia subsidiary") in Malaysia through its Singapore subsidiary OPTIZ PIONEER. The aim is to build the company's overseas production base, enhance the company's production and manufacturing and technical service capabilities, better meet the needs of overseas markets and customers, achieve sustained growth of the company's business, and effectively promote the strategic layout of the company's international market expansion, technology research and development, and global production investment.

The company plans to invest in Malaysia and establish a company named "WaferTek Solutions Sdn Bhd" (the specific name is subject to approval and registration), with a planned investment of USD 50 million funded by its own funds.
