【財華社訊】金隅集團(02009.HK)公佈，全資子公司金隅地產於近日取得《北京市國有建設用地使用權掛牌出讓成交確認書》，通過公開掛牌競買的方式競得北京市朝陽區十八里店朝陽港一期土地一級開發項目1303-686地塊R2二類居住用地、1303-687地塊A334托幼用地的國有建設用地使用權，總土地面積為47,661.924平方米，地上計容建築面積125,853.387平方米，成交總價為63.8億元。土地用途為二類居住用地、托幼用地。目前，金隅地產擁有該項目100%權益。
