■Shareholder return policy

1. dividend policy

Nissan Tokyo Sales Holdings (8291) recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of the important management issues, and has set a goal of maintaining dividend payout ratio in the 30% range while considering internal reserves to ensure growth potential, and has a basic policy of strengthening shareholder returns, such as implementing flexible responses according to business results. For this reason, the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending 2024/3 was increased by 9 yen to 24 yen (interim dividend 9 yen, year-end dividend 13 yen, year-end special dividend 2 yen) since operating profit exceeded the plan and special profit was recorded. The annual dividend for the fiscal year ending 2025/3 is scheduled to be maintained at 24 yen (interim dividend of 12 yen, year-end dividend of 12 yen), although special dividends will disappear.

Present an original QUO card

2. Shareholder benefit program

The company appreciates shareholders' daily support, and has introduced a shareholder benefit system with the aim of increasing investment attractiveness of the company's shares and having more shareholders hold the company's shares over the medium to long term. Shareholders eligible for the shareholder benefit program are shareholders holding 5 units (500 shares) or more of the company's shares listed or recorded in the shareholder register on the reference date (3/31). As for shareholder benefits, original QUO cards designed for the company's popular car models are presented worth 1,000 yen to shareholders holding 500 shares or more and less than 1,000 shares, 2,000 yen worth of shareholders holding 1,000 shares or more, 3,000 yen worth of ownership for less than 2 years to shareholders holding 5,000 shares or more, and 5,000 yen worth of ownership for 2 years or more. The presentation period is scheduled to be shipped once every year after the company's regular general meeting of shareholders is over (around late June).
