The reason for the sale of investment securities is to improve asset efficiency and to use the original fund for investing in group business growth.

The sold stocks are one of the listed investment securities held by the company, and the expected earnings from the sale of investment securities is about JPY 566 million and the period in which the profit from the sale of investment securities occurred is the consolidated accounting period for the 2nd quarter of December 2024.

The aforementioned profit from the sale of investment securities is expected to be recognized as special profit in the consolidated accounting period for the 2nd quarter of December 2024, and there is no change in the financial estimate for the consolidated December 2024.
