The applicant for freezing part of the company's bank account funds was Luoyang Jianwei Concrete Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianwei Company"), which filed a property preservation order with the Mengjin District People's Court of Luoyang City, Henan Province, in a contract dispute with the company.

After consultation between the company and Jianwei Company, Jianwei Company has withdrawn its lawsuit and lifted the preservation measures against the company, with the lifted amount of CNY 651,460.77. As of the date of this announcement, all the frozen funds for the special capital account have been unfrozen, and it has resumed normal use.
