Jiayi Holdings (01025) has announced that the company has been informed by the subscriber that due to the ultimate beneficiary owner of the subscriber being the Local State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, extra time is needed to sign and complete the documents, arrange payment for subscription and perform other administrative work. The company and the subscriber have mutually agreed in writing to further postpone the completion date of the subscription matter to no later than July 12, 2024.
