Momentum Fin (01152) announced that due to the resolution of the re-election of Zhou Yihong, Huang Chunlian, Zhou Zhenchun, and Chen Yongping not being passed by the shareholders at the shareholders' annual meeting, Zhou Yihong resigned from the executive director at the end of the shareholders' annual meeting, while Huang Chunlian, Zhou Zhenchun, and Chen Yongping resigned from independent non-executive directors at the end of the shareholders' annual meeting.
