Kangsheng Stock (002418.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongzhiyike Chengdu Automobile Co., Ltd. (“Zhongzhiyike”) plans to introduce strategic investors Shanghai Xizhong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Xizhong”) and Zhengzhou Lvgang Trading Co., Ltd. (“Zhengzhou Lvgang”) through equity transfer and capital increase. After the completion of the transaction, the company will hold 45% equity of Zhongzhiyike, still the largest shareholder and holding majority seats on the Zhongzhiyike board of directors, and the transaction will not cause any changes in the scope of the company's consolidation. Shanghai Xizhong and Zhengzhou Lvgang will hold 40% and 15% of the shares, respectively.

The prerequisites for the implementation of the transaction include the participation of Chengdu Major Industrialization Project Phase I Equity Investment Fund Co., Ltd., Chengdu Jiaokai Industrial Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), and Chengdu Jiaokai New Energy Auto Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) in Shanghai Xizhong's capital increase. The prerequisites for the implementation of the transaction are that the total amount of the above-mentioned equity financing funds received by Shanghai Xizhong shall not be less than 150 million yuan (including principal).
