信质集团将于7月12日召开股东大会，审议增加注册资本及修改公司章程的议案

金融界6月26日消息，信质集团发布公告，将于2024年7月12日召开第4次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月5日，当日收市后持有信质集团股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：浙江省台州市椒江区前所信质路28号信质集团股份有限公司九号楼会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计1项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于增加注册资本及修改<公司章程>的议案》。
