On June 25, 2024, Executive Director and a controlling shareholder of the company Chen Xiaohui purchased a total of 1,000,000 shares of the company's stock on the open market at an average price of HKD 2.03 per share through its controlled entity HengXinYuan Investment Limited, accounting for approximately 0.05% of the total number of issued shares of the company as of the date of this announcement. Following the increase, HengXinYuan and Chen Xiaohui held about 299.6 million shares of the company's stock directly and an equity interest deemed to hold 303.6 million shares of the company's stock, accounting for approximately 15.30% and 15.50% of the total number of issued shares of the company as of the date of this announcement, respectively.
