CHEVALIER INT'L (00025) released its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2024. During this period, the group's revenue was HKD 8.196 billion, an increase of 14.88% YoY. Shareholders had a loss of HKD 370 million, compared to a profit of HKD 258 million in the same period last year, a YoY loss. The basic loss per share was HKD 1.23. The final dividend is proposed to be HKD 0.14 per share.

According to the announcement, the classified income of construction and machinery engineering increased by 13.2% compared to last year, from HKD 4.797 billion to HKD 5.43 billion. The classified profit before deducting net financial expenses decreased by 6.1%, from HKD 327 million to HKD 307 million, due to the group's share of losses in its Chinese Mainland joint venture.
