On June 26th, Gelonhui reported that Beijing Dynamic Power(600405.SH), a subsidiary of the company, and Xiongan Dynamic Power, another subsidiary, plan to jointly invest in the establishment of a subsidiary: Anhui Dynamic Power Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. Among them, Anhui Dynamic Power will contribute RMB 45 million in fixed assets such as sheet metal structural parts workshop equipment and other machine equipment on the assessment benchmark day, accounting for 90% of the equity; Xiongan Dynamic Power will contribute RMB 5 million in cash and the subscribed equity ratio is 10%.
