On June 26th, Gralon announced that the company has appointed Far East Enterprise Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited ("Far East") to provide the company with secretarial services support, and since July 5, 2022, Far East has nominated He Yanqun to (i) serve as the joint company secretary of the company, (ii) act as the agent for legal proceedings documents in Hong Kong (to receive legal proceedings documents on behalf of the company in Hong Kong in accordance with Section 16 of Part 622 of the Company Ordinance of Hong Kong and Section 19.05 (2) of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and (iii) act as the company's authorized representative in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.

The board of directors is pleased to announce that Zhang Qichang has been appointed as (i) joint company secretary, (ii) agent for legal proceedings documents, and (iii) authorized representative, effective from June 26, 2024. Yu Peng will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
