In accordance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements, the company has formulated the following arrangements for the distribution of mid-term profits in 2024:

According to the reviewed financial report for the first half of 2024, taking into account factors such as current performance, solvency level, and financial situation, the company will distribute cash dividends to all shareholders if there are distributable profits in the first half of 2024. The total amount of mid-term cash dividends shall not exceed 30% of the net income attributable to the shareholders of the company in the first half of 2024. The specific amount of mid-term profit distribution in 2024 will be determined based on the relevant arrangements, combined with the actual operating results and solvency impact of the first half of 2024, and will be implemented after the company's governance procedures are completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the Company's Articles of Association. When the company formulates the annual profit distribution plan for 2024, the amount of mid-term profit distribution already distributed will be taken into consideration.
