Zhongtong Securities Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Securities International Financial Holdings Limited) plans to obtain a credit line of USD 100 million from Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Standard Chartered Hong Kong") and will sign a guarantee agreement with Standard Chartered Hong Kong to provide a joint and several responsibility guarantee for the aforementioned credit amount in order to meet its business development needs.
